Terms of Service

SportTrip helps you discover sports games and compare the estimated cost of attending them — tickets, flights, places to stay, and local transportation. We are a comparison and referral service only. We are not a ticket seller, travel agency, airline, hotel, or booking platform, and we never take your payment.

Prices, availability, seat zones, travel times, and trip totals shown on SportTrip are estimates for planning, generated from modeled and cached data. They are not offers, quotes, or guarantees. The price that matters is the one shown on the partner’s site at the time you book, which may differ from our estimate. Schedules come from public sports data and can change without notice.

Outbound links to partners (ticket marketplaces, flight and hotel search sites, and similar) may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the partner may pay SportTrip a commission. This never increases your price. We aim to show useful comparisons regardless of commission, and we label estimated prices as such.

When you book anything through a partner link, your contract is with that partner. Their terms of service, privacy policy, refund rules, and customer support apply. We can’t modify, cancel, or refund partner bookings, and we’re not responsible for partner pricing errors, availability, event cancellations or postponements, or the quality of partner services.

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you save. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, automated bulk requests, attempting to game affiliate tracking, or unlawful activity). You can stop using SportTrip anytime and request deletion of your data.

Team names, logos, and league marks belong to their respective owners; we display them to identify games, not to claim affiliation or endorsement. The SportTrip name, design, and software are ours; don’t copy or resell them.

SportTrip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
